On May 11, during the annual District Rally for the Cub Scouts from Estremadura province, the yellow scarf was delivered to the Portuguese National Commissioner for the Cub Scouts, Tiago Duarte. This scarf, symbol of realization and approval in the 3^rd degree of Cub Scout pedagogy, thus marks the continuity of his work, making him part of the huge family of “yellow scarfs” in the UIGSE-FSE.
