60 ans, ça se fête !

Trente-six heures : le temps de se retrouver autour de la « flamme européenne » pour 16 hautes-patrouilles* de 7 pays de l’UIGSE afin de célébrer à Bruxelles les 19 et 20 novembre 2016, la fin du Scouteurop’Tour.

Le thème : l’Europe, une valeur : la fraternité

Un résultat : des rencontres inoubliables

Imaginé autour du thème de l’Europe, ce weekend baptisé « European High Patrol Weekend » a permis de redécouvrir ce qui a construit notre Europe fraternelle et surtout de réunir des patrouilles des quatre coins de l’Europe avec des patrouilles belges, notre terre d’accueil pour ce weekend.
